It really is amazing how easily this game can get under your skin.
I play CSGO competitively with a small clan, and even when we get ABSOLUTELY HAMMERED, I am not angry.
I just take note of what the enemy did and try to adjust my play style to counter it.

I once threw my cat at the TV in anger.
Of course after that I petted it for 2 hours so it won't kill me in my sleep.
tl;dr
I am venting about heavies and scouts removing any sort of fun I had today. kthnxbye

I don't think it's the ISK investment at all.
I don't even care about ISK, I will lose 12 proto suits without even thinking about the ISK cost if it means winning the match.
The loss in CSGO is much more real because I don't have practically infinite amounts of cash behind me. If I lose my rifle, armor, defuse kit and nades before I had a chance to dent the enemy, that's a good amount of money wasted.

You clearly didn't encounter massive amounts of heavy spam on a CQC point, backed by endless spawns from uplinks.
